Michael Cremers
Degree in Social Science (Diplom)
Graduated from the University of Duisburg with a degree in social science focusing on gender perspectives in the fields of social work and education. Further training on gender-sensitive education to acquire a deeper understanding of the issue of gender in educational work with children, young people and adults.

Many years of experience as educational consultant and adviser for research and field projects on child development and education in early childhood and primary education.
Leading researcher in the “Elementar – Men in Early Childhood Education and Care” research project at the Institute for Educational Sciences, University of Innsbruck, Austria (2008–2010).
Member of the European Early Childhood Education Research Association (EECERA) and the national organization for ECEC studies programmes (BAK-BEK).
Current focus:
Developmental psychology, gender, education, gender-sensitive education.

Graduated from the University of Bielefeld with a degree in educational sciences focusing on gender in education. Working in press and public relations for non-profit organisations since 2000.
Project Assistant
Rafaela Martín- Vázquez
After completion of training as a translator, worked in administration, organisation, coordination, etc. for the media (predominantly print media but also in TV and film productions). PR work in Munich for a variety of individual clients and projects.
